Our mission

“Software should leave a business with options it didn’t have before.”

That sounds like a low bar. In practice it isn’t. Plenty of projects land on time and on budget and leave the company exactly where it started, with a prettier version of the same constraints. We’d rather ask what the software makes possible next, and then go build that.

How we work

Principles we don't negotiate on

Agile, without the theater

Short sprints, working software at the end of each one. If a meeting isn't unblocking somebody, we cancel it.

No surprises

You get a shared board and a weekly demo of something real. When a date starts looking shaky we tell you then, rather than at the deadline.

Code you can inherit

Typed, reviewed, covered by tests. We write it for whoever maintains it next, which is usually your team.

We stick around

Launch is where the interesting problems start. We monitor, patch, and keep shipping improvements once real users show up.

The team

Who you'll actually work with

A small senior team. Everyone here still writes code, including the people whose titles suggest otherwise.
